Iron Ore Dewatering in Peru
Shougang, China
Our equipment is widely employed at this iron ore site in Peru. In disc vacuum filtration, the particle size distribution of dehydrated materials typically ranges from -400 mesh (≈38 μm, 90%) to -100 mesh (≈150 μm, 60%) of the total pulp. The processed industrial slurry includes materials ranging from flotation concentrates to tailings with high mud content.
The vacuum disc filter system delivers stable and effective dewatering performance across a wide range of mineral applications. Proven results have been achieved in the filtration and dewatering of sulfur, iron, titanium, lithium, copper, phosphorus, lead, zinc, fine sand and mud, feldspar, graphite, fluorite, mica, and gypsum.
